Nulla…lo trovata chiusa….

Nulla…arrivata alle 18:00 ,il 19/01 con -10 gradi a Mamaia ….ho trovato tutto spento,chiuso…ho chiamato ma senza esito positivo…un incubo dopo gg di viaggio mi trovavo davanti al buio totale con freddo che il ti gela intorno,chiamando il proprietario ma senza risposta….ci siamo sentiti 1 settimana prima x confermare la sistemazione in quanto avevo chiesto la doccia e letto matrimoniale….non può essere serietà,professionalità questa …..

Fetele de la receptie foarte nerespectuase, muzica data la maxim afara, nu poti sa dormi ziua, mancarea de la restaurant proasta, nu sunt conditii de 4 stele!

Lokalizacja to ogromy plus, a tak poza tym to ktoś się stara żeby było luksusowo ale nie za bardzo jeszcze wychodzi.

Brak windy, wejście do pokoi przez środek restauracji, Pani której funkcji nie rozumieliśmy (menadżerka, właścicielka?), która od rana stoi przy wejściu w pełnym makijażu i stroju nieadektawnym do niczego. Pokoje niby ładne i duże ale np. w łazienkach nie było korków w wannych więc kąpiel w nich była niemożliwa. Śniadanie też pozostawia niesmak, niby wszystko ok, cztery opcje do wyboru, ale Pani przyniosła do picia wodę (nalaną z plastikowego dystrybutora 😅) , nalała do kieliszków od wina (!) zostawiła pustą karafkę i nie przyniosła więcej 😅
