Geras bendravimas su šeimininku, informacijos pateikimas apie maitinimo vietas , butas švarus, šviesus, pakankamai erdvės keturiems asmenims, saugi teritorija, nors šalia stotys, tačiau saugumo jausmas geras. Yra liftas. Geras susisiekimas su kitais miestais , nes šalia traukinių ir autobusų stotys, 1-ojo maršruto autobusu greit pasiekiamas oro uostas.

Stan je izuzetno čist i topao. Dovoljno peškira i kozmetike u toaletu. Voda,kafa, caj. Prostran, kreveti udobni. Jako dobra lokacija. U blizini javni parking kao i garaža. Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i dao nam je dobre informacije za restorane,izlete i ostalo. Definitivno preporucujemo smjestaj.
