The lady who was at reception was so helpful to us and gave our room 3 hrs before 14 o'clock. The restaurant foods was delicious and staff so polite.Mr.Serkan hotel manager was very eager in his duty.

Location and very clean modern hotel very friendly and helpful staff. Also food was very very good

Bedrooms / bathroom and corridors very poorly lit (very dark) . Major lack of storage/ hanging space for clothes in rooms we had 3 rooms and they were all the same so not an isolated issue

Everywhere in samsun is quite a distance from anywhere else. No iron. No milk.
