Amazing apartment, very well communicated would highly recommend to any person looking for accommodation in Amalfi.

Everything no flaw

So very pleased with this very roomy apartment. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with modern upgrades throughout. Two bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and main bathroom. The kitchen is full sized making it easy to prepare meals. The host Christian, is prompt and helpful. There is an amazing sea/garden view from both bedrooms with full windows across the kitchen and living room. I have already recommended this property to many friends. Love, love, love this place.

Great balcony view of the sea. Very spacious apartment. Our host met us at the ferry and guided us directly to the place which was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking to/from the main part of town instead of figuring out the bus system, only about a 15-20 min walk.

Only one shower had shampoo and body wash. The “WiFi” is connected to DSL (like old school, not broadband) which was basically useless, although the Netflix on the tv worked well.

A beautiful property! It was comfortable, spacious and had a great view. There was not too many stairs to get in/out. Christian and Mery were very helpful throughout our stay!

Be mindful that since you are on top of the hill with a beautiful view, it takes about 20 mins walking to get down to the town center. There is a bus that will take you up once you are in town, but we had to walk down to get to town, because the bus would not stop for us at the bus stop (maybe because of the traffic).

Le chemin à pied et en pente entre la maison et le centre d'Amalfi mais on peut toujours prendre le bus qui passe chaque demie heure.

The worst hosting experience I’ve had in years of travel. Yes, the house was clean and within a short drive to Amalfi center—but that’s where the positives end. The host was shockingly rude and unaccommodating. On the day of check-in, our luggage didn’t arrive with our flight, and we had to make an emergency trip back to Rome airport around 7 PM to retrieve it. I messaged the host immediately, letting him know that we’d arrive around midnight. His response? If you arrive after 12:30 AM, don’t come at all—because he “needs to sleep.” He then suggested we book another hotel—owned by his friend—and pay for it ourselves. No offer to help, no understanding, just cold instructions to either rush or go somewhere else. This was hours before our scheduled arrival. With a baby in the car, we drove 3.5 hours nonstop, in the dark, on narrow coastal roads, just to make it in time so we wouldn’t be turned away. We didn’t even stop once to let our child rest. The stress he caused was completely unnecessary and avoidable. To top it off, he charged us a €50 late check-in fee—after all that—and kept emphasizing that fee repeatedly like it was more important than basic human decency. In 2025, most hosts offer self check-in or are at least understanding when unexpected delays happen. This host is stuck in the past—rigid, unfriendly, and more concerned with his bedtime than the safety or comfort of his guests. Avoid this place unless you’re 100% sure you’ll arrive by his arbitrary deadline—and don’t expect any compassion if something goes wrong. Absolutely one of the most disappointing and stressful booking experiences I’ve ever had.
