Ottima posizione per andare a Koroni a piedi. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Molto bello e curato il giardino. Wifi perfettamente funzionante

Gli appartamenti hanno bisogno di una decisa ristrutturazione. Pavimenti, serramenti, sanitari ed arredi sono vecchi e usurati, e diversi mal funzionanti.
