The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated with culteral artifacts. The mountain view from the pool was to die for. Staff are friendly and always helpful. The creme brulee was outstanding and always a perfect end to our nights.

The breakfast buffet food will go cold if you are not there early enough, however you can order dishes to be made. The selection is quite small and limited compared to other hotels/resorts but it is quite a small and boutique resort. They have a list of items in the rooms attached with a price tag - essentially if you break it/goes missing - you pay for it. My father in law broke a shampoo bottle because the lid was loose/not placed back on properly after refilling from housekeeping. He did pay for it but we feel that incidental breakage should be covered under their insurance, especially if it is a 5 star resort.. We would understand the charge if it was taken or maliciously damaged. The price list also made us feel uneasy being in the room as we were constantly stressed about making sure we don't damage anything, not a feeling you want to have while on vacation. The shampoo bottles were beautiful and i would have bought a few from their souvenir shop but decided not to after the charge.

This hotel is by far the most magnificent place we stayed at in all our travels in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food amazing. The rooms and atmosphere was luxurious, quiet and very peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. The treatments were first class and the basket making workshop was excellent. Luckily we saved this for our last night in Vietnam. A beautiful way to end a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

The hotel is situated in an idyllic location just outside the village of Tam COC. While the labels it as a resort, I would classify it is a boutique hotel. It is located 5kms from the village of Tam Coc, getting a taxi on and out of town is both easy and cheap. The hotel arranged a driver to take us to various tourist sites, he was local he knew so much about the area that he shared. The hotel can also arrange tour guides if you would prefer one. The service at the hotel is outstanding! We enjoyed using the bikes available for guests, which added a lot of fun to our stay. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff packed breakfast for our teenagers when we had to leave early one morning, accommodating their desire to sleep in a bit. I highly recommend the hotel.

Un resort da sogno. Qualsiasi cosa è stata perfetta e la nostra esperienza di luna di miele è stata indimenticabile. Lo staff è altamente accogliente, discreto, professionale e puntuale, dalla reception al ristorante di alto livello in cui abbiamo mangiato per tre giorni di fila. I massaggi e la sauna sono stati un'esperienza sensoriale, che avremmo voluto ripetere ogni giorno della nostra permanenza. È stato il luogo simbolo della nostra luna di miele e ora il nostro sogno è tornarci il prima possibile. Indimenticabile <3
