The staff are accomodating and the property itself is a blast. Perfect location and modernized classic feel of the rooms.

Pool should be considered free next time. Lol.

Great pool, Good Location, Very Frienly staff

Booked a family room for 9 adults 12000 peso per night No free bottled water had to pay only 2 complementry coffee sachets asked if we could get more as 9 guests booked told it would be additional charge. Left please make up room sign on door when left for Island hopping at 0730 arrived back at 1900 ready for showers etc after big day out room had not been cleaned there was no water as they said fixing now should be fixed in 20 minutes 2 hours later still not fixed. Started to play pool.on an old pool.table there after cleaning off the bugs and leaves to be informed its additional cost 200 peso an hour Bunk beds when person moved on top bunk shook bottom bunk plus a few other things but fingers getting sore.

For the price of PHP (approx 8,000 per night for 7 pax) the service and amenities are not at par with the other properties around the location - Quite a walk to get to the beach - Breakfast serving is very small for 1 person. You have to pay extra if you want more, which is fine but the pricing is quite steep for a small extra serving - Food prices in the restaurants is very expensive but very limited selection especially for those with food restrictions and allergies. Quite strict in bringing in food from outside - not very friendy staff informed us the following: - they only clean the room only after the check out (we stayed 2 nights) - once you finished the bathroom tissues (around 2 pcs for 9 pax) they will not replenish - no new towels provided every day, we had to beg and were only given on the 2nd day

- Staff were friendly - Room service is available - Breakfast is included

- Near the beach (which is good), but far from the center, not a lot of establishments around - There's a P600/night charge for our dog, but they waived it as I said it was not clear in the booking - Restaurant closes early (last order at 8PM, closes at 9PM) - Aircon in the family room needs to be replaced, one aircon is really old

Better cleaning of bathrooms. They were clean, just need improvement.
