I had a very good experience at Via Oberdan House Guesting. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made my stay very pleasant. The location is also convenient and well connected. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Es war bequem und zumindest im Zimmer selbst sauber. Das Personal war per WhatsApp ständig verfügbar, und sehr sehr hilfsbereit.

While the provider is likely only partly responsible for this situation, other guests behaved extremely unpleasantly in the common areas, acting loudly and chaotically. The sanitary facilities were heavily soiled and in parts significantly contaminated. The kitchen was used for extensive cooking and eating activities and was subsequently left in such a dirty and cluttered condition that I was unable to use it at all, not even to prepare a simple coffee. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable response from the host despite these circumstances, which is why I cannot say that I was fully satisfied overall.

Gute Lage, man ist schnell am Meer und in der Stadt. Sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht. Gerne wieder

It is an apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large common area/kitchen. Large balconies. There are some supermarkets but not very close. I did not use public transport, but the location is not so far from Bari Centrale and from the city center (aprox. 20 minutes walking). I had no problem with the others when using the bathroom; hot water all the time. The room was large and very clean, comfortable beds, clean towels; in december is cold but there were blankets. I has some noisy neighbours, and you can hear the trains and the traffic - for me was not a problem (I was alone), but can be if you want a very quiet location. Easy self check-in, good price, wi-fi, good communication with the owners.
