Lovely place, had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, central location within walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Already looking into rebooking soon as possible.

Amazing breakfast and we enjoyed the friendly welcome by Gillian and her husband and an older guy who was looking after the beautiful gardens. Perfect location for Bempton Cliffs RSPB and Bridlington.

Unfortunately the TV/DVD player didn't work but they tried they're best to sort it. Played card games and Guess Who instead so no hardship really.
