Ecopark Happy Haven

The location was great and the bed was very comfy! The host was the best and really helped us a lot providing info on where to find places etc. So we were very happy specifically with the host! Overall we had a fantastic stay

The only negative was that it states there is a pool in the building we stayed at but unfortunately there wasn't.

Clean building, good restaurants around, little store to buy everything just next door, beautiful lake to walk around. Owner is one of the nicest and helpful people I’ve ever met, she will do everything she can for you to enjoy your stay.

My stay at Ecopark Happy Haven in Hanoi was an absolute delight. I was very impressed by the thoughtful touches, the modern amenities, and the smart furniture designed to maximize comfort and functionality. It was very clean, and it seemed that every detail had been carefully considered to ensure guest satisfaction. Ms. Hoa provided me with detailed instructions as to where I could find various things from how I would pick up the elevator card to “hidden gems” in various sections inside the apartment, and she also provided access to gym facilities and yoga classes. The room was furnished with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Free Wi-Fi was available. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals with ease (kitchenware, tableware, herbs, sauce, rice, microwave). The bathroom is also very spacious and hot water is available, while the washing machine proved to be a convenient addition for longer stays. A perfume among the books in the wine cabinet was an unexpected touch of luxury, which. as a perfume lover and collector, was highly appreciated; this small gesture spoke volumes about the host's attention to detail and dedication to providing a truly memorable experience. It was a delightful surprise that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay while the plants on the balcony added a natural charm and tranquillity to the space. All these created a home-like feel. Furthermore, its location is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, providing opportunities for picnics, kayaking, and cycling in the nearby parks (esp. Swan Lake Park), while still within easy reach of Hanoi's attractions. Additionally, a mini-market within the apartment complex that is open 24 hours a day ensures convenience. Overall, whether you seek relaxation or adventure, Ecopark Happy Haven truly lives up to its name. The host goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and pampered throughout their stay.

While my stay at Ecopark Happy Haven was largely enjoyable, one downside was the occasional noise from nearby apartments under construction. However, it is important to note that this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact the comfort of my stay as the noise would last only a few minutes to one hour in the morning or afternoon.
