The area is good, very peaceful and rooms are nice

Food service is not good. We were served uncooked chicken twice and serving was extremely late

The property is just like a second home and hill side view is stunning. The staff is very helpful and polite. Clean rooms. Security is adding one more star. Kid friendly

I liked the relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of busy mumbai life . food was good, breakfast was good.

I didnt like the room booked for us as we booked 3 rooms and they booked 2 rooms together and one room very far, which was difficult for us to remain connected as a family with kids. and the worst part is that the reception people were in no favour to change it , rather not able to understand the situation. it was 10 km from the main mahabaleshwar market and so to buy anything , as in emergency medicine, one has to travel 10 kms. this is not good as one family staying there had a sick lady and they had to send someone to main market at night to buy the medicine, as well there is no attending doctor nearby. so please think twice if senior citizen and kids are with you.

everything was fine and premium.

They charged for gala dinner on 25th and 31st which was compulsory. its unfair for customers no matter what their side is.
