Poor very poor staff specially the receptionist. Such a rude behaviour and these kind of people cannot be in Hospitality sector. Worst mistake

everything. staff is vey rude and the room was not clean. they did not change the bed sheets after requesting multiple times.

very accommodating staff to check us in and out in the middle of the night. someone was also there to answer questions and assist us.

bed sheets were stained. we asked for clean ones and they said they were clean, just stained. the walls are also thin and there were people awake watching movies all night long. it also does not match the photos - we stayed in 4 separate rooms and they were all quite dirty.

Staff was ok

No air-conditioned and no cleanliness pathetic hotel room and bed are so dirty.
