Nothing at all

I didnt like the room. I was putting on a smoking floor with my 7 month old baby and we do not smoke. There was a no smoking sign in the room with a 500 riyal fine. When I called reception she said she will look into it 2 hours went by and my baby was asleep and the smoke smell started again and my husband went physically to reception to get help and our room was changed. Then the breakfast was not appetising and it said buffet but the choices were minimal. While we were eating the managing was shouting at the staff. We didnt go the second day for breakfast as it was not a good atmosphere. The housekeeping entered our room without our permission and when asked why they said hotel policy. There is a house keeping sign but we never put it on. The hotel manager rami came and he was racist against us said maybe things are done differently in Indian but we are not even Indian and he assumed we were and then denied it. No apology or curtesy was shown. The day we were leaving we called for a porter and no one came 30 minutes had gone by and reception was of no help. Eventually physically went to reception and sat there and got help only after 15minutes. Very unfriendly staff especially ghe female receptionist are very bad and they are the face of the hotel.
