House Rosa Downtown

It was clean, bright, quiet and large property. The view of the pool and canal is beautiful!

We didn’t like that we didn’t know in advance that the property was a duplex and that the backyard and pool were a shared space. It’s the third home we have rented in Cape Coral and the first that was not a single family property. Also it got warm at night, and we found the beds hard and suggest you add toppers to them.

Leaky, noisy toilet. Burned out light bulbs.

There was no breakfast

Could use more dishes. No outdoor grill tools provided. No large cooking pot for pasta etc. no serving bowls

It was dirty rubbish under kitchen cupboards, no shelves in oven and it was filthy l. Fridge and freezer was dirty! Microwave was filthy. Flat above a shop which men were stood outside staring causing intimidation. No dropped curb even though it states off street parking. Noisy even in early hours of the morning

We didn’t receive a breakfast? Liked that the garage was available to use. Heated pool was a bonus. Groceries were minutes away. Many great restaurants.

Not to clean closet floor was dirty and had no where to hang clothes and had little red bugs not ants in the kitchen. Outside ceiling fan had no light or fan that worked. Living room couch not comfortable and the master should have a King not a queen. Should also get a different comforter for the bed not a stained one turned over. Need better carpet mat at back inside door not a cut small piece of carpet with grease on it. Both toilets need repairs.
