遅くのチェックインにもかかわらず、対応してもらえたこと。

チェックアウトで玄関のドアを開けようとしたときに、ボタンを押してもキーの解除が出来なかったこと。問い合わせ先がなかなか見つけることが出来なかったこと。

必要な設備、アメニティは揃っていました。ホテルと比較すると格安。スタッフの方が親切に案内してくれました。

BとCのお部屋を利用したので、差を感じてしまいました。Cのお部屋は冷房の効きが悪く日中は暑かったです。夜は眠れる温度になったので大丈夫でした。ベッドもCのお部屋の方が硬かったです。間取りや設備に違いがあるのは仕方ないので、お値段に差があればより満足します。でも、たくさん心配りを感じたので、全体的には納得（満足）です。ユニットバスは小さいので、身体が大きい夫にとっては狭かったです。
