The check-in instructions were clear, and there was a place where we could leave our luggage while we waited for check-in time. The apartment is in an excellent location, and the area is exceptionally quiet and peaceful.

One of the bedrooms (the one on the left-hand side) had two major issues. First, the bed was extremely squeaky; literally, every movement could be heard throughout the entire apartment. It was not suitable for sleeping at all. Second, once the sun came up, the room became unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. It felt like a greenhouse, as there were no blackout blinds or curtains. In addition, it is not possible to run the air conditioning in just one room. The ventilation/air-conditioning system is shared throughout the entire apartment, while the rooms have significant temperature differences. We ended up moving the mattress from the bedroom into the living room so that we could sleep comfortably. The temperature in the living room was perfect for sleeping. However, the curtains were installed quite poorly. The blackout curtains were mounted on the sides of the windows and could not be closed properly to block out the light. We had to improvise by using a hair clip to hold them in front of the windows.

The apartment is clean and spacious

Firstly, the apartment is not as close to the main station as I thought it would be. The neighbourhood is ok but not a peaceful environment. The upstairs tenant is residential and they make so much noise in early and late hours. Either moving a furniture or doing carpentry, I've no idea. Also, there is a dog barking all night and early morning. If you're a light sleeper, you'll struggle. The curtains are very thin so it's very bright in the morning. The air-conditioning also doesn't work well, it's just blowing cold air in the living room and the bedroom will definitely need a fan. There's also nowhere to leave your luggage if you wish to do something else after check out.
