Location, easy check-in/check-out, nice big balcony, comfortable bed, nice interior, many places close to buy coffee and buns

The apartment is in a complex with a locked gate which feels secure. Very close to the old town - short walk through a park to get there. Pleased there was a washing machine and clothes rack available. Facilities are basic but had what we needed for our stay. Parking was easy albeit a little pricey which we expected.

Communication on arrival was delayed but once in touch the host was helpful to provide the apartment location and codes to unlock gates / doors etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Yourplace Biskupia Old Town Apartments. The apartment was a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the apartment was spotless throughout our stay. The bathroom was large, modern, and very clean, with plenty of space and excellent facilities. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including a washing machine tablet and washing-up liquid, which made our stay even more convenient. The modern furnishings and facilities made it feel like a home away from home. The location is excellent, with the Old Town less than a 10-minute walk away and many attractions, restaurants, and shops easily accessible on foot. Check-in was simple and hassle-free using key codes. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the cleaner was very helpful on arrival. Although we weren't able to get an early check-in when we requested it, the apartment was ready a little earlier than expected and we were kindly allowed to access it before the official check-in time. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and offered great value for money. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again in the future. Just a couple of minor points for improvement. We arrived before receiving the welcome email, and the apartment number differed from the one shown in the booking details, which caused a little confusion on arrival. A toaster and air fryer would also be a nice addition to the kitchen, and perhaps some more or new pillows would improve comfort further. Overall, these were very minor issues, and we had a great stay and would happily return.
