Marvelinn Siem Reap

Wonderful host and wonderfull staff. Worth money. Nice location . Convenient . Lot of shopping area and 5 minutes walking distance from pub street.

This is a family run hotel and they made me feel very welcome. They even gave me several plates of fruit during my stay and also some spring rolls.

No elevator. Had to walk up 3 flights. Hard for me at 80 years old. Description did not mention lack of elevator.

This family-run inn was a true delight -- they are friendly, generous and extremely attentive. The room was clean, modern and well insulated against sound (you'd never know it sits on a main street). The bathroom is well-sized, well lit and the hot water is nearly immediate (and doesn't run out). There is even a little kitchen area with sink and an electric burning (and cooking utensils upon request for no extra charge). The location is outstanding. It's close to the river, pub street and there's a great selection of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. For the value, Marvel Inn simply can't be beat. HIGHLY recommend.

The is not a negative but might give some people pause (and really shouldn't): The entry is a bit of a jumble and gives the impression that you're entering someone's home rather than an inn. Personally, I found this quite endearing and would advise the owners not to change a thing.

The comfort we felt and the experience we had can't be expressed with words ! The room was more than perfect for a comfortable stay. The owner is very helpful and cooperative! The owner also booked a tuktuk and car for our tour ! We had a nice time in Siem Reap, thanks to Marvelinn and the owner.

Best things in our trip is this accommodation:) All staff are so kind and lovely. They helped us parking our car, keep our room tidy, and give us many recommendations for sightseeing and meals! I would definitely come back here, Aukun!;)

Our room had a kitchen, but we are not allowed to cook:( We expected cooking, so a little bit disappointed.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is only a few hundred meters from the Old Market. A supermarket is just steps away across the street. Right by the front door are ATMs from 5 banks. Plenty of restaurants of different cuisines within walking distance. The clean, bright and airy room I had was spacious and comfortable. Cupboards were equipped with new cups and plates with the original manufacturer labels. The staff were curtious, friendly and extremely helpful. Provided many useful information on things to do, and not to do. They arranged my van travel to Phnom Penh. Thinking that it would arrive in time, I had a package mailed to me at Marvelinn. But it was not to be, I had to travel on to PP. Marvelinn staff couriered it to PP as soon as it arrived. What exceptional service! Wow! Thank you Marvelinn!

Family Run hotel. Central location close to everything. The family that run the hotel were so, so kind, welcoming, and accommodating!! Highly recommend!
