Cleanliness - fair. For the price paid, expected lor

I asked for first floor but my request was ignored & I was placed in 2nd floor. The air cond is not cold. Maybe need servicing.

Staff is friendly and managed to solve my misunderstanding and problem during check in process.

air Conditioner & tv were malfunction, bed & bed sheet were untidy, towels provided smell not good, water pressure was very low
