"Poor hotel"

Operator booking.com very good , he call owner property, then owner ask his staff change the price manually

Price not tally with booking.com, extra rm 400, take 2 hour for check in process Not clean, no wifi password, no iron, no kettle water, felt itchiness slept on the bed, shower room water hole block, my worst experience.

Space is very big, can fit 10 person to stay. 2 bathrooms are provided, out of my expectation.

Both toilets doesn't have place to hang clothes & towels. Standing fan is way too dirty. Plug is not enough, cannot use fan & TV.at the same time, use either fan or TV. zircons are not cold enough as well. Shower head is water leaking, very annoying during shower. Home staying unit entrance grill no pad lock & key provided to lock the entrance grill, same to fire escape door, feeling unsecured.
