USDid its job while getting on my feet! Guests were quiet and polite. Property managers very accommodating and urgent when there are any concerns.
Parking was a little tricky. Lots of rooms, single car driveway. Make sure to pay attention to alternate side street parking signs

Large gap under the door, so there is not much privacy sound-wise, and at times, there was too much noise from the room next to mine. Parking situation isn't great. There are 4 or 5 rooms and just a single car driveway.

It smelled a lot of cigarettes the smell was very bad the room was upstairs and there was a 1/2 restroom upstairs and the other downstairs.
CAEverything was cozy, the bed was super comfortable..clean ,quiet,pristine, other house mates were courteous, and friendly !
