Nice having kitchen. And great roof top patio( shared with owner). Great location close to everything but still quiet at night.

The drilling and roof removal nearby in the morning. But obviously that's a passing thing😀

Excellent location in Ortigia and walking distances to the main attractions and amenities. The host lives next door and the key collection was easy. Friendly host who answered our requests quickly. The property had everything we needed. The only issue we encountered was that the gas of the kitchen stove ran out while we were cooking dinner in the evening and the host ordered a new gas tank delivery first thing the next morning.
