"My stay with them is not Happy."

I like room and not the location.

The cleanllyness is not good.The reception is not co operative and have not lot of attitude as they do not need you.They are not ready the adjust anything ..I had asked to provide a tea at 7.30 am but they have not provided me.Most of the time when u call reception for something they are not available and they also not come back..as we are two guest they have not provided towels in daily basis.Cleaning is based on customer and not as regular practise.Bedshits also not changed on daily basis.Many things I can tell you which is not acceptable..so overall my experience is not good.

If we go through the facilities it is super.

We gave the order for lunch it takes 45 minutes to serve. Hotel service lacking here.
