Like Home Apartment

Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czyste i wygodne. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, a łóżka były tak komfortowe, że można było świetnie się wyspać i wypocząć. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje gospodarz – bardzo sympatyczny, życzliwy i pomocny. Każdego dnia pytał, czy wszystko u nas w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Widać, że zależy mu na komforcie gości i dba o to, aby pobyt przebiegał bez żadnych problemów.

Roberto ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, er hat uns am Haus empfangen und die Koffer in das obere Stockwerk gebracht, ca. 55 Stufen. Er fragte täglich per WhatsApp wie es uns geht und ob wir was brauchen. Das Appartment ist modern ausgestattet, identisch zu den Bildern. An Küchengeräten fehlte uns nichts. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, in jedem Schlafzimmer gab es einen Fernseher, ebenso im Wohnzimner, der Luxus von 2 Bädern findet man selten. Hervorheben möchte ich die Fliegengitter/türen, die überall montiert waren. Es gab einen schmalen Balkon auf die Straße und eine Etage höher eine "Dachterasse", leider ohne jeglichen Charme. Vielleicht wird sie ja noch renoviert, denn man sieht von dort das Meer. Das Appartment ist ca 15 Minuten bergabwärts zum Museum/ Beginn der Fußgängerzone, der Heimweg gestaltet sich durch die Hanglage etwas länger. Unser Auto konnten wir etwas die Strasse hinauf gut parken.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, wie die Dachterasse und dass einige Küchenutensilien fehlten, z.B ein Salatsieb, Kaffeelöffel, Schere, insgesamt wäre mehr Besteck toll.

Nach 3 Wochen Jeden-Tag-woanders Rundreise haben wir 4 Tage Leben wie zuhause genossen. Absolute Selbstversorger Dank großzügiger Kücheneinrichtung! 900m bergab zum Museum ist in Reggio nicht gerade "einladend", aber dafür entschädigt die Wohnung. Roberto ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und kümmert sich sofort um alle möglichen Wünsche. Grazie mille!

The apartment was clean, well equipped and located quite close to the city center and the train station Lido. Also there’s a terrace on the top, where you can sit, drink coffee and enjoy the views. Roberto was super helpful and always available to help with anything we needed. I wish every host would be like him.

There was no such thing, everything was great.

Struttura molto pulita, accogliente, con tutti i comfort e servizi (molto gradite la dotazione di tutti gli utensili in cucina), proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, servizio spesa fornito dagli host comodo e di alta qualità (sopratutto i prodotti tipici)

Sehr sauber große Wohnung. Ruhige Lage. Zum Zentrum nicht weit, aber der Rückweg ist halt ein schöner Spaziergang den Berg hoch.

Firstly, the hosts were wonderful—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted us with transport from the airport , helped us with a lost baggage and even supported us with food arrangement when we arrived around midnight, which made our stay much easier. The apartment itself was spacious and full of light. The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a big bonus! The kitchen was large and well-equipped, with everything from a dishwasher to a washing machine. When traveling with a baby, I really value home-like conditions—especially since we often change locations within a region. It’s important that packing and unpacking is simple, that we can quickly settle into a new space, and that our baby has room to crawl around. This apartment was perfect for all of that! The air conditioning and mosquito nets in every room were also a huge advantage in August.

If I had to be a little nitpicky: the place looked perfectly clean overall, except for the floors, which seemed like they could have used one more quick mop. But this was solved right away, so no real issue. :)

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Esattamente come nelle foto, se non meglio! La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi ma anche per esplorare i dintorni. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, davvero accoglientissimi, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare con consigli utili e grande gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa sin dal primo momento. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo al 100%!

The apartment is spacious, modern, and beautifully renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for convenient meal preparations, and the living area opens up to a balcony with sea and city views.
