The shower is very good. Bed very comfortable. Good location . Lots of room .

Stairs a bit steep to get into apartment but I was aware, this would not stop me booking again.

Property was clean with everything essential was available.

Internet connection was poor.

Staff were so good, there was no hair dryer , no iron box. They went out of way to get me help . Pub is very cozy and nice. Very kind staff

The landlord lady seems always absent. No wifi at all. It's very important to inform staff when they is no wifi and pub has no wifi too and signal is very bad in area. It's was challenging for us . The landlord should ensure hair dryer as basic necessity. We wanted to leave at 30 min to 1 hour late, the landlady didn't allow saying she has works to do ..seems rude for just for one hour...the check out was already 10 am..

Location is good

I was late as delayed at work at the local hospital. I rang the property at 2245 (it’s a pub so within normal pub opening hours). No reply I emailed with no reply I had to pay to stay elsewhere as unable to obtain the keys. Nobody phoned me to ask if I was still arriving. The email I received next day was not helpful and actually was verging on rude.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Well stocked with everything you need from things in the kitchen to soaps / shower stuff in the bathroom. The heating works well rooms warmed up quickly. The sofas were comfy and a great place to relax.

The mattress in the main bedroom needs changing very uncomfortable, springy when you move the person next to you feels every movement. There are plenty of lights throughout the apartment but the bulbs need to be brighter.
