The unit was beautiful and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Not a problem for me, but important to guests to know that there isn't an elevator and you have to walk up 2 floors.

Perto dos restaurantes e pontos turisticos. Apartamento recentemente reformado.

Area comum dos apartamentos muito antigo e sujo. escadas velhas. Chuveiro bom porem tivemos problemas com a agua estar fria.

Nos encantó el lugar, por fuera por supuesto fachada original y por dentro todo renovado, dos habitaciones, viajamos con 2 adolescentes. El living-cocina super cómodo, pudimos cocinar a la noche, y comer todos juntos. Supermercados cerca, pero hay que verificar el horario, porque hay días que cierran temprano. Está dentro del casco histórico, a pasos del palacio de Dioclesiano, y también caminando, cerca del puerto, todo muy cerca, la ciudad se recorre caminando. Recomandable Heladeria Emiliana, la mejor de Split. Dentro del casco histórico en relación precio-beneficio es el mejor que pudimos encontrar. El dueño vive justo a la vuelta, nos indicó todo por whatsapp, nos encontramos y nos dió las llaves, hicimos el check in antes del horario establecido, sin problemas. Volveriamos sin dudas.

Nada, espectacular lugar para quedarse!

Amazing location in the centre of the old town. Just a few moments walk from where the taxi drops you, but after that it's so close to all shops and restaurants, the Palace and the squares of Central Split. Apartment is well sized, nicely decorated and has all the facilities that a group of 4 would need such as washing machine and dryer, full kitchen and dining table. Host was very helpful and approachable.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is very well situated—an easy walking distance to the main attractions and just a short stroll to the port where the ferries depart for the islands. The place is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth, fast, and very helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
