"Remembered for all the wrong reasons"

Nothing, it was horrendous, dirty, owner/manager didn’t care about his customer, noisy from staff shouting through the night. Felt very unsafe.

"good position, but service to improve"

the owner of the place is helpful and assist in solving problems. good position, nearby the railway station, metro and many shops, bars.

although I asked in advance and get confirmed, there is no cloakroom. the staff component are not nice at all. I asked three times for remote of the TV, I did not get it. the room was very dirty, I had to insist to change the bed sheets that were visibly used with stains.
