it’s very small room

There was nothing to like about the property.

Room was dirty and the staff were impolite. There were cobwebs in the room. Washroom was very small. Even a thin person won’t fit inside it. A claustrophobic person would suffocate inside it. This property should not be allowed to take in travellers.

We booked 5 rooms in silver palace hotel. New delhi . They pressure for pay more amount than online offered amount. After the payment they cheated ours, they allowed only 3 rooms . their attached bathrooms are very dirty and without water.. Paid amount not refunded. other 2 families stayed in another hotel

Nearest from New Delhi Railway station as well as Shopping places.

Staff is little bit slow, on check-in time it took 30mins to do complete all registration.

They have charged extra after coming hotel.they have told they want 10 % service charge.

There could be Cleanliness, better behaviour of staff, better food.
