The staff were very helpful. They offered the best room that they had because it was available, even though we had a reservation for a smaller room. The suite was better than we could have ever imagined. It was the highlight of our trip, and we will definitely come back in the future!

For us, everything was just PERFECT! Communication: fast, reliable, super friendly Location: we were picked up directly from the which was very nice with our luggage although it is not far but as it is quite at the top. Beeing there, the view (our apartment was faced to west, was just wonderful, with nice sunsets. The apartment ist spacious, very well equipped with everything you need and the balcony is super comfy. In case you miss something, just ask, and you will get help! There is even as book take and leave space and you can take some beach equipment in case you want to. That beeing said, it's a 10 minute walk to Livadi beach. To the beach it is just down, back you'll have to go up, but that's no problem at all. Same for the other way down to chora. So super you are just at the top. And I mean, Iraklia is small, you can basically go anywhere just with your own feet and remember that you have time :) We were also welcomed with a lovely with a coffee, got refrehsments and sweets and always a smile! We could even wash some clothes for a small tip which helped us a lot. Everything was extremely clean and taken care about. When leaving, we could just leave our luggage there and meet at the port later when our ferry went, so we could spent the day without the big luggguge! Top! And if you need any help or advise just ask, you will get help every time. Thank you, efcharisto, we will come back! Poli Kala!

Location is cca 800m up from the port, so in the evening has the nice sunset view over the sea from the balcony. Also the Livadi beach is not so far away from the location. The room is clean, beds are so comfortable, wifi works well. Martha was a perfect host. Every day she brought something sweet to taste in the room.

There is no table in the room, only in the balcony. If there is a windy day it is not nice to have breakfast outside.

I really appreciated that the host picked me up from the port without me even asking that was a big win for me. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely a good person. I liked the bed, the bathroom, and the view. Everything was clean from the towels to the sheets. The room itself felt either freshly renovated or just very well maintained.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the internet speed rating, as I need it for work. Unfortunately, it was disappointing only 12 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with poor signal in the upstairs rooms. Also, I would have preferred a smart TV, but that’s just a bonus

Spotless clean and very friendly family run

It was clearly well cared for, spacious and a lovely bathroom and large terrace. Our host was a delight and couldn’t do enough for us, picking us up from the port and dropping us off at the end of our stay. She even made us some beautiful lochmades, hot little doughnuts in honey, before we left. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great location near the center, near the port and near the beaches. Beautiful place with gorgeous sea view. Warm welcome from the host who made a lovely cake and a coffee at my arrival after picking me up at the port. I will definetely come back here.
