Great communication. Provided parking info and got back to us promptly. Was met at parking lot by Manos just by the parking lot by the fort above where the place is located. We carried bags down some stairs which is to be expected in Sitia, and was easier as Manos helped. Place is lovely. Good wifi. Good hot showers. Good heat/air con. Excellent linen and towels. Good hairdryer. Coffee pods and sugar provided and water...and some cookies and fresh fruit - a nice touch. TV worked well. Nice little kitchen. Beautiful tile floor. Two bathrooms. Unit is split into two separate apartments with separate doors if you are more than two guests. Nice side deck with sea view on one side and a big water facing deck in the other full bedroom apartment Overall we liked the place. Should be noted that the view of harbour is partially obstructed by another tall apartment so it is partial view but what you can see is still lovely.

Loft bedroom in main room had no lights or bedside or ceiling lights so you have to go down a loft stairwell without lights. Dangerous. Also there was not enough places to hang clothing in the apartment with the big deck. No hook inside bedroom washroom in 2nd apartment with bid deck.

Really beautiful house and of course the view!! They were also very helpful when we had any issues. Would love to stay again.
