Cozy Park Apartment

Really well furnished and suitable for a business or leisure stay. The host was very friendly and communicated well and was very helpful.

The apartment is warm and so cozy in winter. No wonder it's called "Cozy apartment". There is an elevator that takes you to the first floor. I liked how you could basically feel like home. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals. There is a kettle, and a coffee machine. The living room is spacious and comfortable, I particularly loved the sofa, it's so soft and nice to relax on it. There are also an iron and a working washing machine if you want to wash your clothes. Overall I felt like I could do everything. The bedroom is of good size, there is a big wardrobe with wide mirrors. The apartment is situated in a good location, 4 minutes walk from the closest bus/tram stop. There are a few breakfast options within walking distance, a gym which gives you a day pass (Villaniy Fitness) within 5 minutes walk. The landlord is very responsive to messages which I liked. He is so kind and helpful. Overall I loved staying here and would definitely come back here if I happen to visit Budapest again.

The pictures don't show that the bathroom doesn't have the toilet in it. The toilet is in a separate, adjacent room. Not a big a deal, but people with mobility issues may find this a problem, so beware of this. Also, it would be nice to have a toaster.

Toilet had some leak, but honestly not a major issue! Couldn't figure hot water on the last day

Its a self catering Location, hence prepared our own Breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and cutlery. The place was close to public transport links to major sites of the city.

The shower was a bit tricky to use.
