AMÉNTE Mindful Stay

A calm and beautiful oasis at the outskirts of Plakias, within a short distance from both the centre of the town and the beach. The neutral color palette, the rustle of grasses in the wind and the emphasis on Mediterranean scents in toiletries and candles all contribute towards a sensuous, relaxing experience, perfect after a day in the sun. Our stay that was made even better by the very warm and knowledgeable owners and hosts, who offered excellent advice on activities, beaches, and eating out. A further bonus was the sale of handmade ceramics and candles through the hotel app.

The hotel is located on the highway leading into Plakias, and this clashes somewhat with the calm, zen vibes of the hotel itself. At the end, it made no big difference with regards to the quality of our time there or levels of noise. There is some room for improvement (the pool is on the small side, the pool lounge area needs some more attention, a lift could be a useful addition), but these are mere hiccups in an overall superb stay.

Food was excellent - served to room / pool at breakfast and during the day. Great options, high quality. Room itself was excellent, clearly well designed and well finished. Service was exceptional. Really welcoming and thoughtful

Plakias the town is fine, the more beautiful places are a taxi away. The sisters who run Amente are helpful to book

Superbe accueil, l'hôtel est récent et très bien situé environ 10 min a pied de la plage. Il y a des commerces tout autour c'est super pratique. C'est propre et très confortable.

Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Fajny widok z balkonu, pyszne śniadania. Wygodny basen z leżakami. Obiekt jest też po prostu bardzo ładny.

Po zdjęciach aż tak nie widać, ale łazienka jest bardzo otwarta, dosyć blisko łóżka i ze szklanymi drzwiami do prysznica i łazienki, więc z pokoju widać dosyć wyraźnie postaci w środku, co nie zawsze może być komfortowe.
