Spacious, modern apartment in a good location with the added bonus of a private parking space. 15 minutes walk to Split Old Town and 30 minutes walk to Bene Beach in Marjan Park. Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Apartment had everything needed, airco worked well and the owner quickly resolved an issue with the WiFi. Comfy beds and a good shower. Safe, quiet neighbourhood and easy access to the apartment (clear instructions from owner).

A Nespresso type coffee machine would have been a bonus but there were nearby coffee bars.

it was a bit pricey for our budget but at the time of booking it was among the best prices available.

clean, comfy and well equipped appartment, just out of the crowded centre. It is not the sexiest neighbourhood and don´t expect any view but that´s not what we were looking for. It´s a 10-15mins walk to the city centre of Split, quiet during the night and the fact that there was a Lidl-supermarket just around the corner, made it a lot easier for doing groceries. the appartment was clean, all what we needed was there and even if we didn´t see the owner, Stipe, the communication went all fine.
