The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, so arriving was simple. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. Location is excellent – very close to the city center and bus station. There are no noise from the street.

Noise coming from the neighboring apartments when other guests used the bathroom. Since the bathroom is located just behind the bedroom wall, the loud sound of water rising was very disturbing. Especially before going to sleep. Also, during whole stay the neighboring room was cleaned twice at 9 AM. Neighboring apartaments are from the same owner. Wouldn't recommend this place to those, who enjoy peace during bedtime.

We had a great stay at Dimora dei Minoriti! The bedroom was absolutely spotless, with elegant and tasteful decor that made the space feel both comfortable and stylish. The communication with the manager was very easy through messages, which made the whole experience stress-free. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore all the best attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely, well-located spot to stay!

A couple of things to keep in mind: Parking can be a bit challenging on the same street, but it's easy to drop off your luggage and find a spot just a couple of streets away, which isn't too far. Also, the hotel has four floors without an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a struggle. The breakfast is basic, served at a nearby café with a voucher for a drink and a viennoiserie.

The location is perfect, close to everything in the city center. The hostess is very nice, helpful and friendly.

If you don't like stairs, just keep in mind that it's on 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Quiet at night ...good location. Clean. Had everything u need for over night. Or spend a week...

4 flights of stairs. No elevator...we over packed. So. Was a bit of a strain. We r 69 so would not be good if u had any disabilities....

It is very well located. Near Via Etna and it has everything you need. Also, it has all the amentities for cooking. Milena is a very good host. The only downside, we had some issues with the hot water, in 5 minutes the water turned cold and we had to wait couple minutes to take a bath again.

Central location but at the same time quiet place. Very comfortable and above all extremely polite host.

Very nice room, with very nice furniture and fantastic bathroom,nice touch with Coffee making facilities and nice touch with small kitchen.location very Central. Very friendly Hostess, Clara was very helpful, and Always friendly. Highly recommended.

*Carla was a wonderful host, communicated all the time. *Great central location. *Entry instructions were easily explained by phone, videos etc. *Room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Decorated to a v high standard. *Recommended a lovely restaurant, worth the visit. *We turned up as they started celebrations for - The Festival of Saint Agatha (Italian: La festa di sant'Agata; Sicilian: A fest' 'i sant'Àjita) is the most important religious festival of Catania, Sicily, commemorating the life of the city's patron saint, Agatha of Sicily. *The streets were closed not long after, so maybe best to be a made aware of that or you would not have been able to get to the property, thousands of people easily in the town, my OH thinks about 60k-80k people but we loved the atmosphere and the fireworks were incredible.

The 100 steps up to the 4th floor for some people will be a challenge if not able bodied … it’s a hike with cases but we were ok…
