Palmera Guest House

I would like to make a small suggestion that could enhance the comfort and convenience for future guests. I noticed that the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim, which made it a tad challenging to do my makeup. Perhaps, adding a bit more lighting in the bathroom would be beneficial for makeup purposes.

No response from host trying to book. No dustbin, microwave or fridge.

The place is very nice, neat & the outside very lovely. Relaxing garden outdoors if I could stay longer

On arrival someone needs to respond to the intercom promptly or alternatively give out a clear instruction with the booking process that clients must call the number displayed on the gate for access. If one does not have airtime or the phone is flat it means you will be stranded outside the gate.

The location is perfect

The room was clean and comfortable beds, Blessing the worker was friendlier than the owners.

The response from the owners was not friendly when we arrived at the gate. They also delayed responding to my call when I needed plates in the evening.

The parking space was very convenient for a trailer with more than enough travel space. The area is nice and secure. The rooms are clean and very modern it makes you feel at home.... The shower is exceptional with more than enough hot water and pressure... It's really worth what you pay for.

The bed was n a bit too hard for my liking, but yet again, there's no bed like your own....
