Appartement piscine São João-balcon-parking

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um mit dem Mietauto die schönen Strände der Umgebung zu erreichen. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Partystraße. Im Oktober hat uns diese jedoch nicht gestört, da es am Ende der Urlaubssaison bereits angenehm ruhig war.

Kleiner Tipp: Am Abreisetag am besten zuerst mit dem Auto aus der Garage fahren und danach den Schlüssel (mit dem Garagentor-Drücker) in die Wohnung bringen – sonst kommt man nicht mehr aus der Garage 😉

Fantastic large appartment and great pool. Close to all bars and restaurants. Fantastic host.

Es handelt sich um eine Anlage mit ca 20 Wohnungen mit eigenem Pool/Poolbereich in Strandnähe. Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, gut ausgestattet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das eine oder andere müsste repariert, ausgetauscht oder renoviert werden. Aber im Grunde hat man alles was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Trotz Nähe zur Partymeile sehr ruhig (war aber nicht Hochsaison, daher war man am Pool oft allein). Kostenfreier Sandstrand unterbrochen von Felsenformationen - typisch für Algarve und wirklich sehr schön - in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pool wird nicht regelmäßgi gereinigt, Gras, Blätter, tote Insekten schwimmen darin

Really huge apartment, well equipped above the best beach in town.

The apartment is really spacious, was fully equipped, lovely balcony, great pool. Location wise it's very central - can drive to a lot of places easily.

Nothing - it was a great experience

Enjoyed our stay at Kasa Joly. Sandrine was very helpful and accommodating, the apartment is big enough and well equipped will all amenities, it is also in close proximity to restaurants, beach and in a quiet area. will definitely be back soon

Some noise from construction work in the area which made it difficult to relax by the pool

Could not fault a single thing. The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed in this apt block many times. It’s very quiet and located in a great position for old and new town.
