Väldig service minded personal. Vacker miljö och snygg design! Bra läge med några minuters promenad till stranden och 20 minuters promenad till Sveti Stephan. Mycket bra frukost. Garageplats för €10 men man kan stå gratis ute. Mycket bra pool och poolområde. Utsikten!

Saknade förstoringsspegel! Det fanns ingen pappersrullehållare så pappret fick vara under tvättfatet vilket var svårt att nå. Lite förvirrande att hitta till hotellrummet då det inte var självklart hur man skulle gå och ingångarna uppdelade i sektioner som inte kom i ordning.

I chose Kingston Hotel in Budva based on its ratings and recommendations on Booking.com and Google Maps. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different from what was advertised. This was not one isolated issue but a combination of poor service, questionable decisions, and what I consider a serious failure by management to address legitimate guest concerns. The breakfast selection was significantly worse than expected. The choice was limited, items regularly ran out, and guests were often left waiting for them to be replenished. The most alarming issue was finding mouldy fruit on display. When I approached the fruit section, I noticed visible mould on several pieces of fruit, including oranges. This should never happen in any hotel that takes food safety seriously. What upset me most involved my child. One morning my child felt unwell and was unable to come downstairs for breakfast. I informed staff in advance and politely asked for either a simple takeaway breakfast or even an empty container so I could bring some food to the room. I was refused. Later, hotel representatives attempted to justify this refusal by referring to “hygiene regulations” and policies prohibiting food from being taken from the buffet. In my opinion, this was simply an excuse. I was making a reasonable request concerning a child staying in the hotel. If hygiene had genuinely been the concern, staff could easily have offered an alternative such as bringing breakfast to the room, preparing a separate plate, or providing a container. Instead, I was simply refused. The room safe was another major frustration. Despite receiving instructions from reception staff, I was never able to make it function properly. Guests are expected to locate hidden buttons, perform reset procedures, enter codes in a particular sequence, and even then the safe remains unreliable.

Great staff that pay lots of attention to detail. There was an excellent breakfast variety. Close walking distance to multiple beaches and close proximity to the bus stop to Budva. We had to leave early to get to the airport due to road closures for the EU summit so missed breakfast on the final day. The hotel packed a lunchbox for us which was a very nice touch! The room upgrade on arrival was also appreciated.

They have a nice gym but it is quite small considering it was well used by multiple guests at the same time. If we could pay a deposit to use towels for the beach it would have been more convenient but we were able to buy beach towels in Budva. Had a fantastic time otherwise.
