Perfect for 1-2 nighst. The location is great, you can easily walk around the city from here. The bed was comfortable and the host is super kind:) And also it is pretty cheap compared to other stays in Tbilisi.

This place is very nice and clean , close to the center , parks , shops and everything you need. You have groceries shops just next to you. It’s really a nice place to stay.

One of the best places to stay in the centre of Tbilisi. Location is great. Old cozy building. Here you can see how local people live. Comfortable beds and fully-supplied kitchen. Big rest rooms. View of old town from the window. Very hospitable owner.

Yes, it's old but everything is there and it all works. Great location, stores outside the guesthouse door. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine is an unexpected bonus.The best thing about this place is the host, Natalia; pleasant, helpful, and always available. A delightful stay in the old town.

Took awhile to find...the place is in a small recession from the street.

The bed was comfortable and thankfully I only booked one night so I wasn’t there long. It’s better than a hostel as it’s a private room

There was no water and the toilet smells like sewage. Check in was a nightmare. She only accepts cash and offers no change and finding the place was difficult. I asked her to confirm the address in bolt and she underlined the wrong one sending me across town and then waiting to try to get the right one. I had to book a new taxi. This took 1.5 hours. She never apologised for her mistake and I asked her to round down to 40 gel and she refused (it was 4 Gel difference which is half of the second taxi I had to pay). She allowed me to wash my laundry when I asked but then tried to use that to leverage like “oh I didn’t charge you for that, can you leave a positive review”. Ofc she shouldn’t charge! There’s literally no water! I hated the experience due to the smell, check in procedure and not even having running water. The room is really small and I couldn’t open my suitcase on the floor. But if it’s the same price as the hostels then it might be fine for one night only if you can deal with the stress of her not speaking English and not checking you in herself and instead sending a boy who has no sense of personal space and making you run like a chicken with your head cut off. I gave her this feedback and she just replied “ok” and offered no apologies for the inconveniences.
