Overall very spacious with nice decoration and good furniture. Like that the accommodation had two balconies and a big living-room and big kitchen. Parking was available in front of the building, overall the building entrance and elevators were clean and organised.

We noted on our reservation that arrival will be between 7-8 pm and we arrived at 7:35 pm but there was nobody at the reception. We called the number that was provided and we were told that in 5 min the responsible person will arrive. After 20 min waiting we were told 2 more minutes that turned into 10 so in total we waited 30 minutes which is not the best start. The walls were a bit dirty and showed stains from previous guests but overall acceptable. What was not acceptable that there was enough hot water for one person only and had to wait 3-4 hours to have hot water again for shower. We were a family of 5 and it is ridiculous that you can't take shower as a minimum. We had to wait till next morning for hot water, when the second person went for the shower it finished in less than 5 minutes so had to finish the shower with cold water. Missing mirror in the master bedroom bathroom, you can see it was broken and never replaced, plus toilet seat lid was broken and placed next to the door instead of fixing with a new one.
