The location

I stayed in this hotel many times. This time, unfortunately wasn’t pleasant at all…the staff tried to charge us extra 1000 pesos for our service dog, even though there wasn’t mentioned in the publication such high surcharge. They literally gave us a printed paper and demanded us to pay. Mind you, we have been coming for years and the most we ever paid was 150 pesos, not 1000! The ocean front room was very noisy because of the staff from the restaurant. Overall, very disappointing.

Logement atypique près de la plage. Petit prix

L’accès à la chambre juste à côté des cuisines, et qui donne face à un mur en béton. Très peu lumineux. Le serveur qui apporte un autre plat que celui demandé et vous affirme que c’est bien ce que vous aviez commandé. Massages plus chers que la concurrence. Temazcal très onéreux.
