It’s a brand new hotel, only 1 floor is occupied at the moment but that didn’t affect our stay. Our room was stunning with all the facilities and an amazing balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were so attentive and kind. The food was also excellent and they had a great selection for breakfast! Great location, right beside coconut hill and walking distance to all the restaurants, beach, bars and shops of Mirissa.

Food was fantastic. All the food we had were exceptionally tasty. Portions were really value for money. Continue this.

We loved the location and view from our room. The room was clean and modern. They also gave us fruit plate on arrival. Breakfast is served as A la carte and there is not many options to chose from but it tasted good. Our waiter was very kind.

I'm not type of person who likes to write negative reviews but this made me angry and left negative impression from our stay in Mirrisa. We asked the hotel if they are able to arrange transfer from Mirrisa to Negombo, they called some friends and did arrange it. We paid in the hotel full price. Then we spoke to our driver who was suprised that we payed already and even more about the price we paid. The hotel asked double the price he asked and it was a lot of money. Also regular check out is 12:00 according to booking. We asked about late check out and they said that 11:30 AM is the maximum, which is earlier than standard check out. So we left our luggage in the hotel, but they don't have luggage room as other hotels so they just left it in the lobby. It was just a constant feeling, that they want to fool us in every situation. Just be carefull there. And as in other reviews mentioned there is really strong bad smell coming from bathroom.

Modern Hotel We liked the location clean and spacious . Staff were courteous,polite and attentive to our needs. Beautiful sunset,sea view specialy coral and the turtles. Central to the coconut hill, parrot hill They were arranged us to comfortable trip to YALA safari. Everything was great and highly recommend

This is a brand new modern hotel heart of Mirissa. I really like the hospitality. Rooms are luxurious.toilets very clean and space.

The location was decent

Hotel was still nowhere near complete. Only 1 floor has habitable rooms, the rest were full construction. Pool was not ready to be used. We were not given a heads-up on any of this and were charged a full rate as if the hotel was 100% complete which I found audacious. There was a lot of dusty footprints all over the place and we needed to share the lifts with construction workers.

Brand new hotel, everything was modern and clean. View from the balcony was gorgeus and the staff was very welcoming and helpfull:)

Room is very nice, bed is comfortable and balcony doors has good noise cancellation: is important cuz hotel is next to a busy road.

Hotel is new but only one floor is finished so another floors still under construction.Although everything is new I had a horrible canalization smell in my bathroom .Water was hot but need to wait for it like 5min and then during the shower time sometimes was switching from warm to burning .Breakfast was good, everything was fresh on my first day , on a day 5 they serve same bread that was made 5 days ago as it was absolutely dry like a brick , also I would just like to ask staff do not come to me while I m eating with question if everything is okay /tasty 10 times ( or even more) , that was really too much . I did not get a welcome fruit plate that is on the pics , but got a welcome drink - fresh juice which was nice . Also i was asked to pay 100% upon arrival which is weird but when I asked the bill they were only able to provide it on a check out day …. Maybe later this hotel will be nice when everything will be done but until now I would not recommend it .

It’s a new hotel, the room was clean, the sea view from the room was great

- 200$ were stolen from my room, I informed the hotel administration about that incident but no action to help solve this situation has been taken from the hotel’s side. The hotel was still in the process of construction and there was lack of many facilities (including CCTV listed in the description of the hotel). (You pay the full price for the unfinished hotel.) The senior manager promised to talk to the janitor and other staff, but haven’t done that (all the staff that had access to the room were in the hotel at this moment). Unfortunately, no feedback and no money refund have been received from this hotel. Moreover, when checked out, I’ve left some of my items in the room, after that the room was made up and none of the staff have told about the found items that is very strange and dishonest in my opinion. I travel a lot, but faced attitude like this for the first time in my life. - I stayed on the 5th floor and it was a very loud noise from the upper floor at night (I guess it was a water heater on the roof or something like that), the walls were shaking. I contacted the hotel’s staff in the messenger, but received a reply and apologies only the next day. Despite nice rooms, I was very disappointed with the attitude to the guests and unwillingness to solve any problems. Our mood was spoiled by this. Don’t recommend this place if you care about customer service and safety of your stuff.
