"Awful, at least staying in the car I know it’s clean"

Nothing - would have been better to sleep in my car

They weren’t at the desk when I came so I had to ask the neighbor to help me call at 1am, the room is hard used old and also very dirty with hairs everywhere. Then there was no electricity and no water at all.
