The cottage we stayed in was relatively new built and modern. Middle in the nature and quiet.

No fridge in the room. No AC or ceiling fans.

Hello, I just can say that the hospitality from Gerda and Nickie was extraordinary. You really feel like at home, and the dinner we had was one of the best, when not the best in Namibia. Thank you for everything, and if we come back we surely will book Progress Guest Farm. Greetings Nicole

The Owner was very friendly, patient and flexible. The room (actually - a small separate house) looked newly built/decorated, was clean and faced through french windows directly to the bush and montains - very calming wiev. The description of the room and photos are exact. The public areas are very well maintained and looks comfortable. Very goog place for a comfortable relax))).

The room could be much better if there was a small frige. One may think it is too far from so called entertainments, but this place is not for modern entertainments, it is the best place for a kind of "digital detox".

We arrived to a personal greeting for each member of our group. Gerda and Niekie were exceptional hosts. Their staff were very polite and accommodating as well. Their meals were good and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The mattresses really comfortable. Lastly, their attention to detail was very good and they were also helpful in other ways too. Can recommend a stay here.

Nothing I didn't like.

Love the tranquility of the entire place. Love the low-key luxury of the room. Love the delicious and abundant food. Love the friendly and responsive hosts. Love to be waken up by the chirping birds and passing animals. Love to relax in the tub fully immersed in nearby nature. I can't love this place enough.

A charging outlet by the bed would be nice (or did I just fail to find it?). But this tiny concern was in no way affecting my affection for this place.

From the time I booked until I left the whole experience was top notch. Prior to my arrival, Gerda was kind enough to book a morning outing for me that I was struggling to find information on. Nikki was waiting for me on arrival, check in was simple and easy, and my room was ready and waiting for me. The meals are excellent but remember to save room for dessert - you will not be disappointed! Grounds are lovely and the views from my room were stunning. I had arrived a few days before the rest of my group and couldn’t have picked a more welcoming, relaxing place to recharge and adjust to the time difference. To top it off, on my last morning I was treated to visits by waterbucks and kudos at the waterhole near my room.

Beautiful room overall, the only thing I can think of that would improve on the stay would be a touch better lighting in the bathroom.
