Room is comfortable, staff friendly, and the environment feeling good

Breakfast not much selection but taste all not bad, never provide toothbrush

New establishment and very clean and clean

Very less ,not much of choice for breakfast

we drove and getting to the hotel was easy and there were ample signages planted along the roads pointing towards the hotel, once inside, there was ample parking although the choice lots seems to be always reserved, my room smelt stale as though its previous occupant had a puff or two, this was conveyed to the management and they changed my room, albeit to a slightly smaller room which smelt fresh meaning my nose was doing its job,

there's not much not to like about the hotel and if there's one thing other hotels offer which Arena doesn't and I do hope they will consider installing a coffee machine as their supposedly coffee taste more like kopi and that would easily seal the deal for my future trips

Slow wifi, also dropping out all the time. Old TV - no Netlix or other streaming apps. Very surprising for a new ‘boutique’ hotel in 2025

Good spread for breakfast, everyone had something suitable eat. They provided complimentary snacks and drinks at hotel lobby reception as well as in the room. Very thoughtful - our children enjoyed them very much.

The toilet had some stain when we first entered the room. Hope the housekeeping will be more thorough in future.

Cleanliness was done properly during my first 2 days as sheets still had dirt and etc towels wasn’t changed, room service had to called a few times to get my items which have to remind them

breakfast at the hotel is a bonus point. there are quite a lot of option for the breakfast. bed is comfort, water pressure is good too.

parking lot seems to be not enough to accomodate the number of guest. and there is construction on-going just next to the hotel
