I contacted them to cancel due to no lift and we needed access for prams and grandma with mobility issues but they didn't even respond. We also requested the apartments to be together for our big family as we booked for an event and they were floors apart! When I contacted them they said the apartments weren't available together. The communication was poor and as a big family I wouldn't stay here again.

The beds we used were very comfortable. The place was clean and there were enough plates, glasses, cutlery and so on for us to use.

We had booked 2 flats (flat 3 and 8). Flat 3 smelled heavily of smoke when we came in. In flat 8 the room with two single beds had no door and leads straight into the living room kitchen. Locks on the bathroom doors were very stiff and thus we didnt use them. I had booked the two flats for 12 people, however, when we arrived the sofa beds were not made. As we ended up being with a little less people we only needed to use one, but meant we had to make this bed ourselves.

When we walked into the hotel room it smelled very bad and there wasn't any room freshener. May be the worst experience ever!
