Some issues in the room with lights and air con

It was upscale and had lovely details. Located right next to the BeltLine and we walked to the botanical garden. The gym is amazing and huge.

I like the location, decor, and most of the staff was great.. ( only one woman in early am at front desk who was not friendly in any way)

The only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the room. It was awkwardly set up for some reason. did not like the glass door in the bathroom as my daughter was trying to sleep and the light was blaring right in her eyes when I got up. There was no where to set your stuff in the bathroom. We were in town for our nieces wedding so we had cosmetics, curling irons etc.

The hotel gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the city skyline. The view from our room was fantastic, both day and night. The bathroom was spacious with extra towels provided. The bed was comfortable.

The elevator system was highly secure so that you could only access the floor with your room. However, when we checked in there was not an explanation of how to use the elevator system. It took a couple of tries and help from another guest to figure out how to use it. It strikes me that this system would make it difficult to visit friends or family with a room on a different floor.
