The warmest welcome to Belgrade from Nikola, a thoroughly nice chap, helpful, kind, flexible. Helped us with our bags and showed genuine kindness. He accommodated our early check in request, left us some awesome tips for getting to the airport and the apartment was perfect. Location great, good value, apartment clean and modern. The attention to detail: little things like water in the fridge, nice coffee, snacks, handwash in the bathroom, tablets for the dishwasher (you'd be surprised how many apartments dont even provide these things). This attention to detail makes such a difference, especially for the weary family after a sleep deprived night on the train! Shower was lovely, better than at home. Beds were comfy, wifi solid, what more can I say other than to highly recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. Of the four apartments of my trip, this one was by far the nicest by a long way.

Nothing to dislike! For the less mobile there are a few stairs to climb but no big deal for us. With hindsight I should have booked a longer stay!

Newly renovated, exceptionaly clean, moder and very comfotable appartment, furnished with everythung needed to feel like home. Due to the elevator not functioning, the owner Nikola helped us with the bags up to the 4th floor. Nikola was very kind to find us patking spot right at the appartment and had the place cooled before we entered it, as it was very hot in Belgrade that day. The appartment is just 10 min walk from Knez Mihajlova. We booked it for the location close to Usche, since we were going to a concert. We got the full package just like on the photos. Thank you.

Perfect modern flat, very close to the city center. Owner is extremely nice, arranged parking for us right in front of the appartment. Also helped with our luggage, excellent service.

The apartment was located in the perfect spot of the city. Close to Knez Hihailova just a few min walk. The host was so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness on high level. All recommendations.

The owner Nikola is very friendly and willing to help. The room is very clean and comfortable, with chicken , big size TV and everything needed. The apartment is at very good location, close to the center, Nikola did help the parking a lot . We really enjoy the stay.

Everything is perfect

Great location, less then 10 min walk to the strict center and pedestrian zone. Nearby green market, markets, bakeries, bus station. An excellent host, dedicated, found us a parking which is difficult to find, gave us all the necessary information, help us with baggage up the stairs, very pleasant and available all the time. Apartment is new, modern, well equipped, with inner courtyard view and therefore quiet
