PETRA Luxury Villas

Es handelt sich um zwei aneinander gebaute Häuser, die sehr gut eingerichtet sind, alles ist bestens sauber, gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Bis auf ein paar Ablagen im Bad fehlt es an nichts. Die Häuser sind ziemlich neu. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation funktioniert per Mail auf Englisch gut. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend.

In der Beschreibung der Villa wird nicht erwähnt, dass Pool, Whirlpool und Sonnenterrasse mit Sonnenliegen von den Mietern beider Häuser gemeinsam genutzt werden. In unserem Fall war die Terrasse samt Liegen von 09.00-18.00 durchgängig von den Mietern der anderen Einheit belegt. Das gesamte Anwesen wird von ca. 10 Videokameras vollständig überwacht. Das schließt auch den privaten Balkon und die Sonnenterrasse ein. Privatsphäre kommt da nicht auf. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist noch im Rohbau und sehr schwierig zu befahren. Der eigentliche Eingang zum Gebäude gleicht einer Baustelle und ist nicht sehr schön anzusehen. Wir waren im Mai 2026 vor Ort. Zu dieser Zeit sind noch viele Restaurants geschlossen, ohne dass darauf im Web hingewiesen wird. So fährt man manchmal vergebens zu einem vermeintlich guten Restaurant.

We stayed at this property and had a great experience. The view is truly impressive and definitely one of the main highlights. The jacuzzi and the sun loungers on the terrace made it easy to relax at any time of day. The infinity pool looks amazing, although it’s a pity it isn’t heated. The house is fully equipped — from a coffee machine to a dishwasher — so we had everything we needed during our stay. The three bathrooms are also a big plus. It’s a very comfortable place to unwind, with beautiful surroundings. We’d happily come back!

WOW, just WOW Upon arriving to the location you are greeted by view of the water that’s the bluest of blues. The host was awaiting for our arrival, and she gave us tour of the house. They really outdid them selves. All brand new state of the art and modern appliances. The rooms were full of light and very modern designed The backyard / pool area was awesome. The infinity pool was flowing to the blue waters that I described above. If you wake up early enough you will get greeted by the most amazing sunrise you will see. The house had all the amenities and above. The kitchen was stocked with housewares that you could think of. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Μείναμε στις PETRA Luxury Villas και πραγματικά ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική, με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τους Αγίους Αποστόλους και τις όμορφες παραλίες της περιοχής. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια – από τη διακόσμηση μέχρι την καθαριότητα και τον εξοπλισμό της βίλας. Φαινόταν ξεκάθαρα ότι έχει δοθεί μεγάλη σημασία στις ανάγκες του επισκέπτη, με παροχές που καλύπτουν κάθε επιθυμία. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος με την πισίνα και τη θέα είναι πραγματικά μαγικός και χαρίζει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Επιπλέον, η βίλα είναι ιδανική για άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες καθώς είναι εξοπλισμένη με αναβατόριο και όλα όσα χρειάζονται για την φιλοξενία τους. Η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Γενικά, πρόκειται για ένα κατάλυμα που ξεχωρίζει, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση αλλά και ως βάση για να γνωρίσει κανείς την περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful villa. It is tastefully decorated, with great attention to every detail. You can tell that the owners have put their heart and soul into creating this place. Luxury, comfort, beauty, and the breathtaking view – it has it all. The villa’s location makes watching the sunrise a true feast for the senses. What truly captivated us, though, was Athena – the owner and hostess, and a wonderful person. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced such warmth, dedication, and kindness from a host. I highly recommend both this place and the amazing Athena, who perfectly complements the uniqueness of this villa. The island itself gave us many unforgettable and beautiful memories, but it was the hostess who truly made our stay exceptional. Come to Villa Petra and fall in love, just as we did.
