Chalet del Capriolo

Everything was excellent! The location is beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the chalet was very clean, and the facilities were great. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

The only downside was that the chalet didn't have air conditioning. During the summer months, it can get quite warm. The staff mentioned they are working on installing AC in all rooms, which will make future stays even better.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Al Capriolo. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet – modern, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine tolle Auswahl, sehr hochwertig und vor allem richtig lecker. Eine Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Südtirol! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr schönes Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmer und Bad. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant haben wir ausgezeichnet gegessen, gehobenes Niveau. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Einziges Manko, unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster, war es aber kein Problem.

The hotel is family-owned and operated, and it shows in the attention to detail, quality, and service. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with excellent facilities and amenities.

The only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on the second day of our stay without any prior notice. A simple sign at reception or a quick mention that morning would have been appreciated, as we returned looking forward to dining there and were disappointed to find it closed. The location in the dolomites mountain naturally means there could be many bugs. Since the room has many windows, adding insect screens would make a big difference, especially for guests who like to keep the windows open for fresh air.
