Rezydencja Luxury Hotel

I travel for business a lot, spending 3-4 nights every week in hotels. But I found a home away from home at Rezydencja. I became a regular for a reason - while I work at many sites in the region of Silesia, I always choose to stay here even if it means a longer morning commute (which is never too long due to their great location). The service is simply exquisite. Truly one of the best, if not the best hotel in Poland. Staff is extremely well trained and knowledgable, and always ready to go an extra mile to assist you. Check in and check out formalities are swift and very pleasant, and I greatly appreciate the little extra gestures - like the time I got a pot of hot tea delivered to my room without ever mentioning it, simply because I was clearly under the weather. Lukasz and Marcin from the concierge are particularly obliging and extraordinarily accommodating. Rooms are kept spotless, and bathrooms are stocked with toiletries of unusually high quality. Mattresses are very comfortable and guarantee a good night sleep. The view from rooms overlooking the garden is simply bucolic - what a great break from the grey industrial landscape of the surroundings! Their award-winning restaurant is top-notch. Halibut steak with sauerkraut is my personal favorite. Leave some space for their mouthwatering and elaborate desserts! Ryszard, the dessert chef, is a genuine artist.

Truly a wonderful hotel. From the staff, to the beautiful high standard of the whole hotel and the excellent food. I stay in hotels most weeks and I can definitely say this is an excellent hotel.

For Americans used to premium service this was a real let down. The first 3days wakeup calls went to another room and our 2nd room key also. Not even coffee in the room or an iron for touch ups. The language barrier was immense when we wanted to get a desire across, and we speak German and English. Breakfast staff was attentive to Poles and barely offered any assistance to us. Quiet time was to begin at 11pm and we were kept up all night by a couple fighting in the room above us and on another occasion by a party in the Garden out side our "Presidentian suite" till 5am. Reception couldn't even print out our e-tickets to return home. We strongly advise Americans to stay away unless they are satisfied with lots of yeses and smiles with no substance. We were there to see grandchildren and unless you enjoy walking through the worst of the Bronx stay away....the streets and buildings around the hotel talk for themselves. This a place that caters to events not individuals even when you book their best room.

Amazing service, amazing room, amazing food! I will defiantly be coming back. Wifi could have been better though.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel and we love it! Would recommend it to everyone. Pleasant interior that makes you feel like home and absolutely wonderful restaurant! We travel a lot but the quality of food and service in the restaurant is one of the best that we have ever experienced.

Very good food in restaurant (breakfast and dinner), very pleasant service. Only the price cannot be justified. This is a hotel in the middle of nowhere and costs like a hotel Downtown NYC!

excellent service, clean quiet rooms, gourmet restaurant menu for dinner and extensive buffet breakfast. Highly recommend it.
